02 — Depression Lifting Therapy

Have you tried self-care and you are still living with a sense of discomfort and unease? Depression is not your fault. Your brain is stuck in a pattern - one that with therapy I can help you change the patterns of your brain. Combining compassionate care with evidenced-based cognitive behavior therapy can help address your emotions, thoughts, and behavior brain patterns. Changing your brain patterns can help you lift depression.

03 — Women’s Issues Therapy

Our identity as a woman can be a source of strength and joy, but it can come with its own unique challenges. Therapy tailored to include attention to women’s issues can be a helpful source of support for any woman, whether or not your primary concerns relate directly to your female identity. Mental health conditions relating to body image, self-esteem, pregnancy, and childbirth, including postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety are common challenges for women. Women may face harassment and/or discrimination in the workplace, challenges with balancing demands at home and work life, and burnout.

04 — Christian Based Therapy

In life, we all go through difficult times. During those times, we may feel like we are in a storm, or feel hopeless, without purpose. Through facing our problems, working with a Christian therapist, prayer, and our faith in God, we can experience more comfort and peace.
